By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these criteria and that you do not belong to any jurisdiction that may violate the laws.

Property and rights

Memecoin ("Not Eligible") is a digital asset issued and managed by our platform. Ownership rights are limited to the terms specified herein and do not constitute ownership of any physical or tangible assets. Not has no inherent value and is based solely on utility within the community and project framework.

Anti-Sybil fee

An Anti-Sybil fee of 0.00003 ETH plus network fees is required to claim each "Not" token via our airdrop mechanism. This fee is intended solely to deter Sybil attacks and should not be considered a sale, investment or financial instrument. Participants acknowledge that this fee constitutes a voluntary contribution to the project, the allocation of which is at the sole discretion of the project team. By making this payment, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily contributing to the "Not Eligible" project with no expectation of return or refund.

Risk Disclosure

Investing in or participating in Memecoins carries inherent risks, including, but not limited to, market volatility, regulatory changes, and technological risks. Users are strongly encouraged to conduct independent research and evaluate their risk tolerance before participating in this or any other Meme project.

Normative compliance

Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding the acquisition, holding and use of Memecoins. Our platform does not guarantee compliance with all jurisdictions and may restrict access accordingly.

Platform security We employ industry standard security measures to protect user data and funds. However, users are advised to implement their own security practices, such as protecting private keys and using reputable wallets.

Limitation of liability

Our platform and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our Memecoin or our services.
